Strijdom van der Merwe

Strijdom is an internationally renowned land artist. He studied art at the University of Stellenbosch, in Holland, the Czech Republic and in England. Although he uses materials found on site for his land art he has also done work on paper and used mediums such as metal and wood in his commissioned work. He has participated in numerous national and international exhibitions and is represented in many public and private collections.
